User:Yingjie Hu

My name is Yingjie Hu. I am a Ph.D. student in the department of geography at the University of California Santa Barbara. I work with Dr. Janowicz, and focus on semantic GIS and mobile GIS. Before studying in U.S., I was a master student in the department of geography at East China Normal University, where I joined the researches on geospatial services, geovisualization and geocollaboration. I was the main developer in four GI systems which help the Shanghai government manage the local population, vegetation, polluation, and agricultural information.
