PhD Student at LIM&BIO Paris13 France and Gaston Berger University Senegal I'm working on designing an ontology for monitoring disease spread. The application domain is the bilharzia spread in Senegal. One of the main interest of my work is how to model process in ontology and how to propose reusable model for various diseases.
