Current position is Computational Scientist in Center for Research Computing, University of Notre Dame. Ph.D. Theoretical Chemistry, 2009, Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry, University of Notre Dame. Current research projects include design of cyberinfrastructure for VECNet involving geospatial data synthesis for modeling malaria transmission, interventions and health policy. NSF funded project DASPOS: Data and Software Preservation for Open Science that aims to understand the data preservation and curation need for High Energy Physics data. CYBER-EYE Hurricane modeling and situational awareness framework designed to provide geospatial data synthesis to emergency managers. My research group works in close collaboration with the GeoAnalytics geospatial framework development group at RENCI including proposing and implementing semantic extensions to this framework.
